1.1. Sign Up

The first step is the registration with PumaPay by submitting your business details, allowing you to set up a Merchant Account with the PumaPay Platform which is powered by the PumaPay PullPayment Protocol. 

Aside: Please note that in case you prefer to use the developed in-house third-party tools instead of the Business Console you can apply for the API key to use the set of our APIs.

1.2 Log In

Once the Merchant Account has been approved, you are given access to the PumaPay Business Console, which becomes your gateway to the world of PumaPay. The Business Console is available here: //console.pumapay.io

Aside: if the username or password is wrongly entered 3 times in a row, your account will be locked for 10 minutes. Then you will have another 3 attempts that will result in another 10 minutes suspension, and the third lockout will become permanent. In this case, you will need to contact PumaPay Technical Support Team.

1.3. Password Reset

If you have forgotten the password, there is the “Forgot Password” on the Log In screen, where you can request a reset password email:

From the email inbox the link will redirect you to the password reset page.

Note: Please note that the reset password link is valid for only 24 hours, after that you will need to request a new one.
